The coverage gap nobody talks about

AIG, Great American, and WR Berkley are seeking regulatory approval to exclude AI-related liabilities from corporate policies.

Your tech E&O was written before AI agents existed. It covers human mistakes. Your AI agent isn't human — and when it hallucinates, your insurer has a clause that says it's not their problem.

Average AI liability settlement: $2.4M. Average E&O coverage for AI agent errors: $0.

Every day you deploy an AI agent without purpose-built coverage, you carry the full liability yourself.

What AgentSure Covers

Hallucinations

Your AI gives wrong information. A customer acts on it. You're sued. We cover the defense and settlement.

Bad Advice

AI recommends a harmful action — wrong medication, wrong investment, wrong legal answer. We cover the liability.

Data Breaches

AI leaks customer PII, financial data, or health records. We cover breach response, notification costs, and lawsuits.

Compliance Failures

AI violates HIPAA, GDPR, fair lending, or industry rules. We cover fines, penalties, and remediation.

Why We Built This

Damon Schechter

I've spent 20 years building systems that manage risk at scale — from logistics infrastructure at Shipwire (acquired by Ingram Micro) to capital deployment at Olam Capital. When AI agents started going into production with zero purpose-built insurance, it was obvious: the biggest risk in AI isn't hallucination. It's that nobody's insured for it.

Questions

How much does it cost?
Premiums start at $5,000/year for early-stage companies with limited agent deployment. Pricing scales with your AI's scope, industry, and risk profile. We'll provide a custom quote based on your specific deployment.
How is this different from my existing E&O?
Your E&O covers human professional errors. AgentSure covers AI-specific failures — hallucinations, model drift, prompt injection attacks, and autonomous decision errors. Most standard E&O policies now explicitly exclude these.
What industries do you cover?
Any company deploying AI agents that interact with customers: healthcare, fintech, legal tech, customer service, sales, HR. If your AI gives advice, makes decisions, or handles sensitive data, you need coverage.
Does better AI safety lower my premium?
Yes. We assess your guardrails, monitoring, and human-in-the-loop controls during underwriting. Better safety architecture = lower premiums. We also give recommendations to reduce your risk profile.
Do I need this before the EU AI Act deadline?
If you deploy AI in Europe or serve European customers, August 2, 2026 is when high-risk AI compliance becomes mandatory. Coverage won't make you compliant, but it protects you from the liability gap while you get there.

Your AI agent is live. Your coverage isn't.
